Reservation Policies
Cancellation Policy: SunCruz Casino Boarding/Cruise ticket purchases must we cancelled prior to 72 hours in advance of designated cruise, in order to receive refund.
Refunds: will be credited to purchasers card account. No cash refunds will be made at SunCruz reservations.
Reservation Changes: Additions or deletions to existing reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of designated cruise.
If inclement weather or mechanical failure of the vessel occurs, SunCruz will make every effort to contact individual passengers with advanced reservation as soon as a cancel cruise decision is made by the Executive officers of the company. Existing reservations can be changed to a convenient date in the future at no additional cost to the passenger. If this is not possible, SunCruz will credit the passengers card account within 48 hours of the company cancellation.
